A multi-tiered approach (student, teacher and administrator) to empowering leadership through collaboration, integration and coordination of instruction through peer sharing and technology. The presentation will cover ways in which teachers can create platforms for student voice: podcasting using WeVideo, Book Talks using FlipGrid, publishing tools such Storybird, and creating an interactive and functional classroom space. Additionally, participants will learn systematic ways to build professional learning such as using the Pineapple Chart. This “bottom-up” professional learning tool promotes teacher sharing, lesson curation, and one-on-one professional development. Further, this presentation will highlight the ways that administrative leadership can cultivate a culture that values collaboration and nurtures a community that perpetually identifies the “Why” by creating opportunities of engagement and action planning using Google Classroom, shared documents and team building protocols.
