This presentation will provide insight for District and building leaders, as well as teachers, who are looking to promote teacher leadership in the area of technology integration. Presenters will discuss a multi-faceted approach to personalizing professional learning which includes the team of TILTs (Technology Integration Lead Teachers), Edcamp style learning days, collegial sharing, technology integration challenges and more. The TILT team includes teachers from all grade levels who work together in order to provide a holistic approach to technology integration which relies on the SAMR model of technology integration.
