This session will include a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of using Nook e-Readers with reluctant readers and avid readers. The session will include information on the Smithtown High School West pilot program started at the end of the 2016-17 school year. The discussion will include information about the costs associated with the program and the technology required. Nooks will be available for participants to try and students will be on hand to answer some of the questions.
