William Hallman, is a K-12 Library Media Specialist and has been teaching in that capacity for the last 22 years.  Bill is currently a Library Media Specialist and a professional development instructor at Springs School which is located in East Hampton, NY.  He’s also is an adjunct professor at Stony Brook University in the School of Professional Development delivering hybrid classes on Google for Education (G Suite) and Educational technology classes.  Bill is also a certified Google education trainer and teaches a wide variety of courses to both students and staff.Bill was introduced to MAD-learn in June of 2014 at the ISTE conference in Atlanta, Georgia where he was intrigued by this innovative way to build mobile apps.  He saw this as an opportunity for his students to use 21st Century skills in their Library Media Classes. Since then hundreds of students have successfully created their own mobile apps on a variety of subjects.  Bill has facilitated students in successfully implementing their ideas and technology skills with the MAD-learn program. Bill, along with MAD-learn, are assisting students to wonder, to create and to share!
